Shipping Information and Shipping Costs

Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two working days with a partner courier company.

The shipping costs (transport) formed at € 2,5 per shipment within Greece

You can also pick up your order from the store (or by phone). In this case the shipping cost is free ! Before you go through our store please call us to make sure your order is ready.

Order Shipping and Receipt Time

Orders placed until 14:00 are usually sent on the same day, since for all products their availability status is: “Immediate Availability (in stock)”. You can see the availability status of each product on its description page.

Once the parcel is delivered to the courier, you will be notified by email (if you have stated your email address)

The product is usually received on the next business day of shipment. In some islands and remote areas an additional working day may be required. No deliveries are made on weekends.

The delivery time depends each time on the courier route and can not be known when sending the order. If you prefer a specific delivery time, you can write it in the comments of the order. From our side we will transfer it to the cooperating courier, which takes into account these comments, but this is not necessary to be observed since this service is not charged.

Please note that courier companies are our external partner. We make every effort to deliver your parcel as soon as possible. If you still encounter any problems with the courier do not hesitate to contact us.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of e-shopping it is possible that the final recipient’s expectations of the product of their choice are not met, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.
Through the completeness of the descriptions we give you the opportunity to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen, quickly and easily.
However, wanting to cover even more of our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Below we list the terms and ways of return.

Return Terms

The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
The packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original (factory) condition and the product must not have been used.
The product to be returned must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or the invoice.
Caution! No changes are made to products that are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Return Procedure

For your best service, we suggest that you contact us by phone before each return so that the details of the return can be arranged in the best possible way.

Return procedure: Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment. We suggest you use the box with which we shipped. Put in the package a document in which you tell us how you wish to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed fit for return. Then send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Returns Department. Once we receive your parcel, we will launch its replacement (within 3 working days) or credit its value (within 10 working days).

In case the reason for return / change is due to our mistake or to a defective product, the return costs are borne by our store, otherwise the return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, or the product arrives at us damaged, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.
